What We Offer

Sway Dental & Facial Esthetics is a periodontal specialist practice located in West Caldwell and Cranford, NJ. Dr. Justin Kang is a board-certified periodontist offering a focused range of procedures and ongoing care best suited for specialty referral. We welcome referrals for:

Periodontal maintenance
Periodontal surgery (laser or traditional)
Gum recession treatment (e.g. Pinhole Surgical Technique™)
Crown lengthening
Single-tooth and full-arch dental implants (All-on-4 / All-on-X)
Bone grafting and sinus lifts
Simple and surgical extractions
Facial esthetics (when relevant to co-managed care)

Many of our referrals are for long-term periodontal care and maintenance, and we work closely with referring providers to ensure patients feel well-supported across both offices. This includes alternating hygiene visits, coordinating on progress, and maintaining open communication throughout.

We are a specialty practice and do not compete for general dentistry or restorative care. Patients are returned to your office for ongoing treatment and checkups.
